While I love ABB, after a lot of searching, I only found this book in a rapidgator link. It was a single large download (even in free mode). Found the link at bolt.cd (might have to register but free). Good luck!

I, too, got stuck at 97.6%, Vasilijev.
I believe I got this from you and one other in the same position.
However, I notice that it is only 1 of the files (that in mp3) that is incomplete, so you should be able to unzip the m4b file and listen to that.
