Mind you, after 500 years of the Roman Empire what did they leave us? Okay, APART from the blinds, what did they ever do for us?!?

@Sancho2 so Many thanks! I already know so much about the Ottoman State and also the Roman State but never came to my mind to study their types of furniture. Rome was much older empire so I believe some things weren’t as practical or easy to produce, for example they had no papers the way the ottomans or we knew it. but eventually every civilization has its own positive side and also a dark side. including the modern ones, but note aside if anything the ottomans left still hunting nothing but our stomach is beautiful Kebab,Shawarma :’)

People think different things when they hear Ottoman. The same with Turkey. In Turkey, turkeys are known as “the American bird.”
There was a lotta silk cord asphyxiation action to secure the sultanate. Transplant that convention over to Britain, and you’d have a great many trepidatious Windsors right now. (Neatly strangled with the Windsor knot?)

Turkey is Fabricated Term by turkey first dictator. The truth is, The current country called turkey is called Anatolia originally, while its People are from Different ethnicities some still speak their own Mother tongue and some are turkified.
