This is three talks by Sw Paramarthananda which I would highly recommend listening to before commencing the full BG classes. Here Sw Paramarthananda explains why and how mistakes and misinterpretaions are rife with all the various versions of the BG.
Arjurna’s problem in the BG is that he fails to understand the subtle points about Karma Yoga and Jnana Yoga. This is why the BG gita takes 18 chapters. Really the BG is explained fully in chapter two. In actual fact there is no such thing really as Karma Yoga or Bhakti Yoga for that matter. Because all Yoga’s lead to Jnana Yoga ultimately.
