I’m a bit curious as to what relevance ‘children of color’ has. Are we not all human? Or is there some innate difference conveyed or indicated by the color of our skin? Does the author contend that were are NOT all the same under the skin, that we in fact ARE different, as the racists and the eugenicists of old believed?
From the presence of the neo-Marxist perpetual oppression constructs mentioned in the description I have little cause to hold out hope that the message is a healthy one for society, or for individual children
Nevertheless, I would be curious to find out just how the author believes that skin color matters and makes children different, but alas I will have no time to do this. So many books, you understand. So little time. So little apparent value to be derived here.
