This 3 CD set is now on MP3 thanks to technology!!! recorded in 1989 Jay’s knowledge is king, not to mention he is hilarious even when he isn’t trying to be! Take back your health!!

FYI… using a dual press juicer rather than a centrifugal force juicer in which spits out 1/3 of your produce w/o juicing it to it’s fullest and oxidizes the juice due to the constant air flow on it is key… not to mention you need to be able to press the herbs such as parsley, cilantro, dandelion greens, watercress, wheat grass and many many others and leafy greens that only a twin gear juicer can do efficiently… my preference is the green-star elite!
Remember always chew your juice as the digestion starts in the mouth and there isn’t any fiber to work with.
