Read The War Against Boys - Christina Hoff Sommers
Boys are given vastly less attention in schools, then girls.
Boys have less access to remedial classes.
Boys are the most disciplined in school.
Boys are medicated in massive numbers, compared to girls, in schools. A boy gets too active. Ritalin is the drug of choice.
Affirmative Action, where white and asian boys to a certain degree, are passed over for less qualified, lower scoring women and certain minorities groups. In jobs, schools, colleges,and promotions.
Media portrayals of boys as bad, girls as good, strong, blah, blah, blah.
The list is endless.

Yet another good reason for totally dismantling the American Education system and rebuilding it from the ground up, and give people choices so there is real competition between schools to provide a GOOD education once again!
